Virginia Law Foundation Grants Educational Funding to The John Marshall Foundation

January 7, 2016 by Joni Albrecht

The Virginia Law Foundation (VLF) awarded the John Marshall Foundation a generous $21,500 grant to expand its Justice in the Classroom program into new regions of Virginia.

The Justice in the Classroom program was started in 2006 and is now in 28 middle and high schools in Central Virginia. The new funding will allow the program to expand into Virginia’s Tri-Cities, Suffolk and Tidewater regions, planting the seeds for statewide expansion within the next two years. The VLF’s mission is to promote through philanthropy the rule of law, access to justice and law-related education.
